INGREDIENTS

  • 1 whole grain pizza crust
  • 1 c canned garbanzo beans (chickpeas), drained
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 c canned tomato sauce
  • 1/2 c BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 c canned diced tomatoes, drained
  • 1/2 c canned corn, drained
  • 1/2 c canned green peas, drained
  • 1/4 c canned sliced olives, drained
  • Sliced green onions

PREPARATION

Pre-bake pizza crust according to directions.

Mix garbanzo beans, paprika, chili powder & pepper. Place on a baking sheet; bake for 10 minutes at 375F.

Mix tomato sauce & BBQ sauce in a small bowl.

To the pizza crust, add mixed sauce, red onion, diced tomatoes, corn, peas, baked chickpeas, and olives. Bake for 10-15 minutes at 350F. Top with green onions.
