Gooey Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 ½ cups ground peanut butter cookies or graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chunks
  • 1 cup peanut butter chips
  • 1 cup flaked sweetened coconut
  • 1/2 cup dry roasted peanuts, coarsely chopped

PREPARATION

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 13’ by 9” baking pan. In small bowl, combine ground cookies and butter until well mixed.

Press into prepared pan. Pour sweetened condensed milk over crust, carefully spreading. Sprinkle chocolate chunks, peanut butter chips, flaked coconut and chopped peanuts over mixture. With back of spoon, press down firmly.

Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove to wire rack to cool completely. Cut into bars.
