INGREDIENTS

  • 1 15-ounce can diced mango*, drained
  • 1/2 12-ounce can evaporated milk
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 cup ice cubes

*Or, use 1 15-ounce can sliced peaches, drained

PREPARATION

In blender combine mango, evaporated milk, ginger, honey and ice cubes. Combine until well blended and smooth
