Cherries with Almonds, Mint & Ricotta
Picked and packed at its peak ripeness, canned cherries deliver nutrition, freshness and the flavors of summer to this wholesome treat anytime of year!

2 15-ounce cans pitted sweet cherries, drained
In medium bowl combine cherries, honey, red wine vinegar, salt and pepper to mix well.
To serve, spoon ricotta into four serving bowls; top with cherry mixture. Garnish with almonds and mint.
