Shrimp Po' Boys

Shrimp Po' Boys


1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon ketchup
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 (6-ounce) can medium shrimp, drained
1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
1 (4-ounce) can chopped green chilies, drained
1 celery stalk, diced
1 small (8-inch-long) loaf French bread
2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
1 medium tomato, sliced


In small bowl combine mayonnaise, Worcestershire, ketchup and Dijon mustard until well mixed.

In medium bowl toss shrimp with Old Bay, green chilies and celery. Cut the French bread in half horizontally and scoop out some of the bread on top and bottom. Spread mayonnaise mixture on both bread halves. Top with lettuce, tomatoes and shrimp mixture. Cut in half.
