INGREDIENTS

  • 1 (7.05 oz) package mini Naan, should contain 4 pieces
  • 1 (8 oz) block mozzarella, shredded
  • 1 (10 oz) can whole baby clams, drained
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt, plus more to taste
  • Torn arugula leaves (optional as garnish)
  • Grated parmesan (optional as garnish)
  • Fresh lemon juice (optional as garnish)
  • Red pepper flakes (optional as garnish)

PREPARATION

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Place Naan onto an unlined baking sheet.

Top Naan with shredded mozzarella, baby clams, and bacon. Set aside.

In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, garlic powder, and salt.

Pour evenly over assembled Naan.

Bake in preheated oven for 5-10 minutes or until the naan is lightly crispy and the cheese has melted.

Add optional toppings: torn arugula, parmesan, a squeeze of fresh lemon, and red pepper flakes.
