Creamy Tuna Noodle Casserole

Ingredients

2/3 cup sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 cans chunk light tuna, drained
1 can mixed vegetables, drained
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cups cooked egg noodles

For the topping:

1 cup panko crumbs
1/4 cup butter, melted

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9×13 or 9-inch round baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

In a large bowl, combine sour cream, cream of mushroom or celery soup, and cheese. Stir in mixed vegetables, tuna and noodles.

Put into prepared baking dish.

Bake for 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine melted butter and panko crumbs. Spread on top of casserole and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
