Place goat cheese, pumpkin puree, honey, brown sugar, salt, and pepper into a large bowl.
Using a hand (or stand) mixer, beat together until smooth.
Taste and re-season, if necessary. Set aside.
Place sliced baguette onto a silicone mat lined rimmed baking sheet in a single layer.
Broil until toasted, flip, then broil until the second side is toasted.
Top each toasted baguette slice with a generous scoop of the goat cheese mixture.
Top with a scoop of cranberries, then sprinkle with pistachios and feta.
Taste and drizzle with more honey or sprinkle with more salt, if necessary.
